This machine is designed for drying by applying epoxy to the surface of granite and marble slabs. This machine is composed of 30 Trey for suitable for Cutter size slab

Slabs are programmed according to the tray count for pre heat and post heat for operator’s convenience. The machine is equipped with a separate high speed robotic lift system for the stackers, which automatically lifts the slab from its location to the inside of the machine at high speed and completes the job and takes it outside the designated destination. This involves delivering hot air almost everywhere on the slab. And it involves rotating the air in equal proportion and dispersing hot air and directing the cold air to be carried back. Various blowers and heaters have been sponsored for this purpose.

In order to make this automatic system run smoothly, it includes various types of mechanical hydraulic tilt loading-unloading trolley, chain conveyor and cross-changing of slab tray. Apart from this, a separate station has been provided by the operator for applying epoxy on the moisturized hot slab. The HMI touch screen has all the necessary inputs, such as the time taken for epoxy pre and post heat, heat control selection, stop time at the epoxy station after exiting the machine, and electrical power

TANDEM 80 RL/2
